Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your product for a refund or exchange. Please read below for full details of our return policy.

1. Your Right to Cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by email at contact@myracure.com or text/WhatsApp message to our customer line (+447394069710), within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number and proof of purchase
  • Reason for return (optional)
  • Desired action (refund or exchange)

2. Return Conditions

Exception: Returned items that do not match the following conditions in this section are accepted in the context of the "Confidence Campaign" 100% satisfaction policy.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and in its original, unused condition
  • All security seals must be intact
  • All original packaging, labels, and inserts must be included

Important: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food supplement products if the seal has been broken or tampered with.

3. How to Return an Item

Once we confirm your return request, we will provide you with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable and signed-for postal service and retaining your proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If eligible, we will process your refund within 14 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider’s return policy

If you requested an exchange and the item is available, we will dispatch the replacement item once the return is approved.
